Short description:

Pump-bag car 100-3000 ANR is equipped with pump, fire hoses, and is intended for transportation of fire (the accident), fire-arms, equipment and conduct action to extinguish, swapping large amounts of water for long distances, mechanized Assembly gaskets and trunk blown lines.

The car is used in conjunction with mobile fire pumping stations (PNS), avtonasosami, tankers and other fire vehicles.

The advantages of this model:

According to he unique technology the bodywork is made of prefabricated aluminum profiles with hidden fasteners, which are resistant to static and dynamic stress.
This allows achieving a high resistance to corrosion;

Description:

Crew of the ANR model is three persons, including the driver, which are placed in regular cab chassis KAMAZ. ANR 100-3000 is equipped with a powerful autonomous pump installation, consisting of fire pump NCPN-100/100 m and diesel engine YAMZ-238 d. Also the hose pumping unit ANR has roller hose recovery unit which provides mechanical recovering, cleaning, forced water removal.

ANR has in his presence the next set of fire hoses:

pressure DN50, with a total length of 200 m;
pressure pipe DN80 with a total length of 800 m;
pressure DN 150, with a total length of 2000 m.

The compartments for firefighting equipment are made from aluminium alloy and have an aluminium frame, doors are a roller-shutter type with roll-up coiling system (anodized aluminium), equipped with reliable locks.

The firefighting compartments are equipped with functional lighting to facilitate the working process at night.

This model has an upper 100-3000 ANR compartment with Hinged watertight doors on the roof of the car.

The compartment can be accessed through an additional entrance at the top of the vehicle, equipped with small ladders on the side doors of the compartment.

Fire superstructure is a frame-metal construction van type, divided into compartments for PTV, motor, pump Bay and the upper Bay to accommodate the hoses.
