The cabin is designed is a single sealed construction made of aluminium profiles, lined with aluminium sheets with the use of adhesive technology.
The cabin of a small rescue fire vehicle consists of two parts, and can transport cabin crew of 6 people (including the driver). The front of the cabin – the basic cabin of the base chassis IVECO-Eurocargo AMT – can recline for access to the engine , the back of the cabin is fixed. Speech and visual contact between cabin crew in a basic cabin and a crew cabin are provided through an aperture in adjacent walls of the cabins.
The breathing apparatus retainers are installed in the seat backs, they can be placed and attached securely - one and double balloon.
The footboard opens and closes automatically when opening and closing doors. They have LED light, which turns on when the door opens. The bottom steps are made of anti-slip corrugated aluminium.
The fire superstructure is an integral part of the small rescue fire vehicle and serves for the placement and protection of the firefighting and rescue equipment. The fire superstructure is an assembled structure made of aluminium profiles, lined with aluminium sheetsin accordance with adhesion technology.
There are 4 compartments on each side firefighting equipment and emergency resue tools. All compartments are equipped with low bottom steps for easier access to the equipment. The design of the compartments provides an free access to the equipment, its optimal location for its storage and use. The doors of the compartments are equipped with the the roller-shutters of anodized aluminium. The roller-shutters are equipped self-locks, latches in open position and the open doors indication system in the cabin.
The pump compartment is located in the rear part of the vehicle. The door to the pump compartment rises up and can be rigidly fixated in the upper position obliquely, acting as a protective visor.
In the mounting of the body to the subframe there are elastic damping elements, which prevent the harmful effects from twisting of the frame on the body, the mounting of the subframe to the chassis frame is made considering the recommendations of the manufacturer main chassis IVECO-AMT-Eurocargo .
The tank with a built-in foam tank made of corrosion resistant reinforced glass plastic. It has a volume of 2.5 m³. The tank is located transversely in respect to the vehicle frame. There are wave absorbers, fueling, intake and discharge pipelines inside the tank.
The foam tank has a volume of 240 litres and is made of fibreglass. Inside the tank, there are wave absorbers that divide it into adjacent compartments. The foam tank is equipped with a filling neck and the intake pipeline and a sensor for remote continuous monitoring of water level on the operator panel in the pump compartment.
A centrifugal fire pump NCPN-40/100 is located In the pump compartment of the ABR. This pump is equipped with a system of water intake, foam proportioning system and instrumentation – a pressure-vacuum gauge at the inlet of the pump, pressure gauge at the outlet of the pump and tachometer with a time meter.
The single-modular system for compact arrangement and secure fixation of the canisters for transportation and storage suction hoses is located on the top of the fire superstructure. On the top of the bezel of the fire superstructure, there are four lamps on each side which are used at night.
The small rescue unit has a wide equipment range that includes a navigation system, a power generator with various power tools, as well as rescue hydraulic tools with a pumping station
