Short description: 

A low-capacity water tender AC-3,0-40 on chassis KamAZ-4308 (4х2) is equipped with a fire pump NCPN-40/100, water and foaming agent tanks and is designed for personnel, top-priority water amount and firefighting equipment transportation to the fire site as well as for the fire extinguishing with air foam or water from the tank, a pond or a hydrant.

The advantages of this model: 
  • An additional module of the crew cabin allows seven crew member transportation to the emergency site. The crew cabin is comfortable and cold insulated. The seats have soft covering and the doors are equipped with protective mouldings that ensure dust, moisture and noise insulation.
  • The water tank has a capacity of 3 cubic meters. The tank has a high-quality polymer coating that ensures corrosion protection.
  • Firefighting equipment compartments are provided for ergonomic, compact and functional arrangement of firefighting equipment.They are based on a rigid reinforced frame. This ensures durability and reability of the firefighting equipment compartments.
  • The firefighting equipment and emergency rescue tools are arranged and secured in accordance with a Multimount system that guarantees convenient, reliable and ergonomic arrangement of the firefighting equipment in the compartments. The firefighting equipment mounts are flexible and light, they are not prone to corrosion and are able to function effectively for a long time.
  • A unique fixation system of the upper firefighting equipment (suction hose cases) located on the top of the fire superstructure of the tanker is especially efficient. This type of fixation ensures hose transportation and usage reliability due to its single-module structure.
  • A centrifugal fire pump NCPN-40/100 is located in the rear compartment of the tanker. Its capacity is 40 liters per second.
  • The truck is equipped with two rear ladders with folded bottom steps for easy and convenient access to the top of the fire superstructure.
  • The fire tanker superstructure is designed and manufactured using a UNIMOD technology – a universal modular technology that ensures vehicle exploitation efficiency, maintainability, structure flexibility, maneuverability and operation convenience.
  • The modular superstructure is mounted on the chassis with spring-damper fixation mechanism that ensures flexibility and maneuverability of the vehicle compensating efficiently the bodywork superstructure stress caused by chassis deformity during the vehicle movement.

A low-capacity water tender AC-3.0-40 on a chassis KamAZ-4308 (4х2) is equipped with a fire pump NCPN-40/100, tanks  for water and foam. It is designed to deliver crew members, primary amount of water and firefighting equipment to the fire site as well as to extinguish fires with air foam or water from the tank, an open water source or a hydrant.
The water tender AC 3.0-40 has the small  water tank and is designed to extinguish fires of low complexity.
This fire truck is suitable for urban areas because it is small-sized and maneuverable.
