Short description: 

A foam tender APT 8,0-60 is mounted on an all-wheeled restyling chassis KamAZ 43118.
It is designed for fire extinguishing at oil production, storage and refining facilities.
Thanks to air foam generation, this firefighting vehicle is able to extinguish fires caused by inflammable substances.

The advantages of this model: 
  • The firefighting equipment composition is based on requirements of standardized firefighting documentation as well as on personal preferences of a customer.
  • As a result, the given set of firefighting equipment ensures rendering of general as well as auxiliary firefighting operations.
  • The foam tenders APT 8,0-60 are equipped with combined-extinguishing units "Blizzard-5" that are designed for generation of medium-concentration air foam with high delivery head. his APT 8,0-60 is featured with four such units that are located on the top of the front compartment of the superstructure.
  • A high-capacity normal-pressure fire pump PN-40UVM.E,02 is mounted in the rear compartment of the vehicle and is able to deliver up to 60-70 liters per second.
  • The firefighting equipment is arranged in side compartments of the modular superstructure with steel drop doors and reliable locking system.
  • The mounts for equipment are based on the principles of prompt action of  the personnel and are technically made in accordance with the Multimount system that ensures rational allocation of the firefighting equipment in the compartments and its safety during transportation.
  • On the top of the fire superstructure there is a water tower based on a standard three-section ladder as well as a telescopic foam mast with adjustable foam generators that are arranged in a compact and ergonomic way
  • The foam tender APT is used for extinguishing of complex fires that are difficult to liquidate with standard fire-extinguishing equipment.
  • Oil, gas and grease are very specific mediums, and most of the time their burning can be prevented with the foam only.
  • Its main feature is ability to block air access by creating solid isolating layer, thus, preventiung fire development.
