Short description: 

The command and control vehicle is mounted on the KAMAZ 43118 four-wheel drive chassis with a drive wheel configuration 6х6. It is intended for:

  • - delivering crew members rapidly to the emergency scene;
  • action meetings with the directing center and personnel management on the emergency site to deal with the consequences;
  • - communication in emergency situations.

  • Advanced aluminum  UNIMOD technology for bodywork manufacturing made of prefabricated aluminum profiles with the use of hidden fasteners, resistant to static and dynamic loads, highly  resistant to corrosion
  • The bodywork can be modified even during operation;

Description: 

The bodywork is an assembled structure made of aluminium profiles, lined with aluminium sheets in accordance with adhesion technology.(reinforced fibreglass sheets are also available).
Our own sandwich-panels are used for better heat and noise insulation, as well as for making it more comfortable.
The bodywork consists of:
Sleeping compartment:

  • It provides the crew members with the space to relax and is equipped with 2-4 beds.
  • Operational compartment (equipped with a table, chairs and all necessary equipment for meetings and personnel management)
  • Operator compartment (operator's workplace)
  • Rear compartment (toilet room with washbasin)
  • The bodywork fixation to the vehicle frame is based on elastic damping elements that decrease the bodywork stress caused by the frame torsion.

All doors of the body-van are equipped with ergonomic handles with locks, open position sensor with its indication in the driver's cab on the control panel.
Open doors, manholes, and other structural elements of the vehicle, which increase its  overall dimensions,  are equipped with reflective elements and other signalling devices indicating the dimensions of the vehicle when the doors are open.
Doorways, manholes and other elements of the bodywork have seals that protect against  atmospheric precipitation, dust and dirt.
Energy-efficient LED technology is used.
