The President of Uzbekistan has chosen fire trucks AC-4.0-40 to protect the country. Shavkat Mirziyoyev approved the use of these water tenders to protect his own residence and important strategic assets of Uzbekistan.

Experts of the Fire Safety Directorate General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan reported on the features of new vehicles during a specialized exhibition in Tashkent.

Water tenders AC-4.0-40 are designed to contain fires. The fire truck delivers not only water and necessary tools , but also 6 crew members to the hot spot. It allows for the use of water from a tank, an open source or a pipeline. The water tender is also capable of taking water from an external reservoir.

Another its peculiarity is that fire extinguishing can be carried out with air foam. The vehicle is featured with a foaming agent and a special 400-liter foam tank.

When choosing fire trucks specialists of fire and rescue departments of Uzbekistan relied on their performance in temperatures typical the country. The water tender AC-4.0-40 is able to perform equally well at +40 and -40 degrees Celsius.

The cabin of the AC-4.0-40 is equipped with modern electronics that enables you to control remotely all the components of the vehicle, from the water level in the tanks, to a fixed monitor. It is located on the top of the fire truck, manual control is also available.

The Ziegler pump is located in the rear part of the vehicle. It has a 60 meter high pressure hose and a sprayer. Air flushing is possible.

On September 15, 2017, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan deployed the AC-4.0-40 vehicles to the country's fire safety units.
