A unique Ural plant of fire fighting equipment
Any plant, especially a large one, represents a dynamic and complex system. And when it comes to such a significant product as fire fighting equipment, you should pay attention to every single detail, because it is a potential life-saving technology. People, vehicles, technologies, partners - this is what turns the working process into a unique production.
Special equipment used by rescue services ensures the safety of any Russian city is esoecially inportant and valuable. Fire engines belong to the category of military equipment, which must operate well in any emergency situation. For this reason all new developments of fire-fighting equipment are intended to improve the tools, to increase the variety of fire extinguishing means and enhance its performance.
Nowadays it is commonplace to modernize the fleets of rescue services and technical zones of industrial hazardous enterprises. Thanks to our plant, the equipment can be deployed much faster due to new recently introduced functions and it can cope with extensive fires of all types. We are pleased to inform you that our company has been producing fire equipment that meets modern requirements for a long time.
Six months ago modern fire fighting equipment plants offered only the equipment designed in Russia. Today we are ready to offer modern special equipment which was manufactured with the help of European technologies. We had a chance to find out about the most advanced units of equipment at many international exhibitions, conferences, forums. We are proud that we are even invited to such events to be experts, as well as to present our equipment based on new technologies.
The range includes: ladders which allow for work in difficult conditions at height; the multi-purpose vehicle ASA-20 and diesel turntable ladders. Due to the modern equipment used in the process of production there are plenty of different vehicles mounted on various chassis, including foreign ones. They incluse such base chassis as VOLVO, SCANIA, IVECO, MAN. Water tenders were conventionally mounted on Russian ZIL and URAL chassis.
More and more customers who really assess their companies' risks, decide to purchase our modern fire fighting equipment. Our catalog of fire trucks is constantly updated. Today it is not just a range of standardwater tenders: There are more than seventy modifications of ultramodern equipment available.
The Unimod technology allows to reduce the production time of standard water tenders and other fire fighting equipment, developed individually for each client. Unified modules allows ti interchange individual components and parts in while repairing the vehicle.
We develop our plant because we crave to improve. We assumed the need for development long ago. We constantly set difficult tasks and resolve them. We apply our unique designs in all stages of the production process. So we are proud of a multi-layer composite used for water and foam tanks and aluminum profiles, introduced by our Design Compartment and used along with other conventional units.
