Short description: 

Normal pressure pump NCPN-100/100M is intended for medium and heavy firefighting vehicles, fire pumping stations (PNS), as well as fire boats, hydraulic platforms and other firefighting vehicles used for extinguishing large fires.

The advantages of this model: 
  • European quality and reliability (centrifugal pump part is supplied by the German factory WILO)
  • High efficiency (standard diesel engine with an output of 270' 290 hp provides pumping capacity  up to 150 l/s)
  • Powerful foam mixer (ensures the operation of foam generators with a capacity of 100 l/s)
  • Improved dispenser (smooth and accurate adjustment provides foam agent economy)
  • The vacuum system  "ABC" with double capacity (with normal water intake through the lines of larger diameter)
  • Stable delivery ( any overload in delivery lines is avioded)
  •  Enhanced packing gland  (does not require ongoing maintenance, highly reliable and wear resistant)
  • Disc slide valves with pressure reducers (ensure smooth adjustment thanks to which little effort is required)

Equipment: 

The pump NCPN-100/10OM is delivered as a fully functional  assembling unit, composed of the following elements:

  • Centrifugal pump;
  • Vacuum water filling system "AVS";
  • Foam agent delivery and dispensing system;
  • discharge header with disc slide valves;
  • suction pipe 200 mm Dn;
  • Full instrumentation set (2 pressure-and-vacuum gauges, digital tachometer, time meter).
