Short description: 

A turntable ladder ACL 2,0-37  is mounted on KamAZ-65115  chassis and designed for operation in the modern climate at  temperatures from minus 40°С to plus 40°С and relative humidity of up to  80% at 20°С.
The turntable ladder is equipped with a fire superstructure platform that is featured with a water tank, a foam tank and side compartments for the firefighting equipment.

The advantages of this model:

  • The water tank is composed of bent  body (longitudinal position) that is made of 4-mm stainless steel, reinforcement ribs and wave absorbers welded inside the tank.
Description: 

A turntable ladder ACL 2,0-37 is used for:

  • -transportation of the firefighting crew and equipment to the fire site;
  • - delivery of the water, foaming agent and firefighting equipment to the fire site;
  • -rescue work conduction at the upper floors of the buildings;
  • -fire extinguishing with water from a tank, ponds and hydrants or with air foam through hose lines;
  • -auxiliary work conduction at 37 m height within safety area;
  • -people evacuation in a cage from 37 m height.

The water tank is composed of bent  body (longitudinal position) that is made of 4-mm stainless steel, reinforcement ribs and wave absorbers welded inside the tank.

The tank is  fixed to the platform with vibration supports that compensate the stress of the tank caused by the vehicle frame.
The superstructure platform  is a welded of profile piping and angles structure bolted to the vehicle frame.
Furthermore, the platform is a functional frame for the telescopic ladder that contains outriggers, operating hydraulic mechanisms, a hydraulic system tank and other elements of the telescopic ladder.
The firefighting equipment compartments are mounted  on the platform and are made of aluminum profile.
The compartment frames are covered with powder-coated aluminum plates and equipped with blind roller shutters with open-door indication in the driver cabin; the roller shutters ensure the firefighting equipment  protection from dust, water and dirt.
There is a pullout shelf in the right front compartment that can be used for removable heavy equipment.
All the fastening elements are galvanized or made of corrosion-resistant materials.
