Short description: 

A turntable ladder ACL 3,0-50/22 on chassis Ural-4320-60 is designed for rescue works rendering at up to 22-meter height, transporting of fire-extinguishing agents (water and foam), firefighting equipment, emergency rescue tools as well three crew members to the fire site.
The model is excellent for fire liquidation and rescue service rendering  in cities, settlements, woodlands as well as at industrial facilities.
ACL-3,0-50/22 can be used as an independent firefighting unit as well as pumping unit during operation in a combination with one or several water tenders.

The advantages of this model: 
  • ACL 3,0-50/22 is equipped with a fixed power-driven telescopic turntable ladder with a cage that ensures rendering of rescue works at up to 22-meter height.
  • The ladder can rotate to the right as well as to the left on 360 degrees.
  • The vertical angle range of the ladder can vary from - 6 to + 75 degrees  in respect to the horizon.
  • The ladder is equipped with sensors that signal of upcoming collision or overload.
  • The vehicle is equipped with a fixed monitor LS-S20 located on the top of the vehicle and having a capacity of 20 lps.
  •  The firefighting equipment compartments are equipped with roller shutters that ensure safety of the firefighting equipment and emergency rescue tools during their transportation.

Description: 

ACL -50 3.0/22 is used for:

  • - delivery of water from the tank, an open pond or hydrant to the fire site through nozzles and a monitor;
  • - delivery of fire-extinguishing agents to the fire site from other sources of water;
  • - delivery of air foam from the foam tank to the fire site;
  • - emergency rescue services with transported rescue tools;→ aerial emergency rescue service rendering;
  • - weight lifting;
  • - fire extinguishing at height;
  • - lifting of firefighting crew, equipment and tools.

ACL 3,0-50/22 is equipped with a fixed power-driven telescopic turntable ladder with a cage that ensures rendering of rescue works at up to 22-meter height.
He ladder consists of three telescopic sections (arms) that are featured with smooth extension/retraction system.
The ladder is controlled from an operator control post with a control panel.
In case of emergency, the ladder can be brought into a transportation mode via an emergency drive system.
The ladder can rotate to the right as well as to the left on 360 degrees.
The vertical angle range of the ladder can vary from - 6 to + 75 degrees  in respect to the horizon.
In case of single-side jacking, the ladder operation is possible only to the side of outrigger extension.
Ladder control system ensures not only smooth movement of the ladder but also its reliable fixation.
The ladder is equipped with sensors that signal of upcoming collision or overload.
The data transfered to the control panel during its correct processing guarantees safety of any operation conducted at height.
Fire truck is equipped with water tanks with a capacity of 3 cubic meters.
This module is made of high-quality carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating that ensures its lasting expected life.
The coating allows to keep the vehicle functional for a long time.
The vehicle is equipped with a foam tank made of high-quality stainless steel and having a capacity of 240 liters.
Thanks to excellent characteristics of the material, the foam tank will remain reliable for a long time even in case of intense exploitation.
The foam tank is located in the pump compartment in the rear of the fire superstructure.
ACL is equipped with a normal-pressure pump NCPN-50/100М that has a capacity of 50 lps and is mounted in the rear compartment of the vehicle which is also equipped with a separate air heater.
Thanks to pump piping designed by the specialists of the Factory of  Firefighting Vehicles "Pozhavto", the vehicle can be used not only as a  water tender but also as a foam tender which is especially important in case of complex fire (oil, inflammables burning) liquidation.
The firefighting equipment and emergency rescue tools are secured in the compartments of the fire superstructure in accordance with a Multimount system that ensures their optimal arrangement as well as safe transportation of all of the equipment.
With this system all the required firefighting equipment and emergency  rescue tools are fixed compactly, simply and reliably in side  compartments via special customized retainers based on polyurethane elastomers.
A piece of equipment can be released in two steps.
The retainers are flexible, light, reliable and not prone to corrosion.
The firefighting equipment compartments are equipped with roller shutters that ensure safety of the firefighting equipment and emergency rescue tools during their transportation.
Contemporary roller shutters are simple at operation.
Thanks to their functionality, the work of the firefighters is significantly accelerated at opening and closing of the compartments.
