Short description: 

A foam tender APT-11,0-40 on a chassis KamAZ-65115 is designed for fire extinguishing with air foam at oil and gas as well as other inflammable production, processing and storage facilities.

The advantages of this model: 
  • The APT 11.0-40 is able to deliver to the fire site  fighting the crew of three man.
  • The vehicle is equipped with a large 11-cubic-meter tank for fire-extinguishing agent.
  • There are two foam aerial apparatus as well as two telescopic foam masts with controllable foam generators ergonomically and compactly arranged on the top of the fire superstructure.
  • The upper firefighting equipment is secured with a single-module fixation system.
  • The vehicle is equipped with a portable monitor for remote foam delivery to the areas difficult to access.
  • Such a wide range of the operation tools allows the firefighting crew to choose and use the most efficient fire-extinguishing technique in each particular situation.
  • The air foam blocks efficiently the oxygen access forming an insulating blanket and preventing the fire spread.
  • Unlike the water, the foam does not drain off; as a result, the fire-extinguishing agent flow rate is significantly decreased and the fire liquidation process becomes more efficient and rapid.
  • All the necessary firefighting equipment is arranged ergonomically and reliably in the compartments of the firefighting vehicle equipped with contemporary roller shutters with convenient handles.
  • The firefighting equipment is fixed in the compartments with a unique  multi-element fixation system for the firefighting equipment («Multimount-system») ensuring ergonomic and reliable equipment of the vehicle.
  • A normal pressure centrifugal fire pump NPC-40/100 has a capacity of up to 40 liters per second.
  • A single-module fixation system for the suction hose  cases on the top of the vehicle ensures their reliable transportation as  well as guarantees more efficient use of the operating space.
  • A spring-damper mechanism for modular superstructure  fixation ensures flexibility of the vehicle structure and its  maneuverability in off-road conditions.

A foam tender APT-11.0-40 on a chassis KamAZ-65115 is designed for fire extinguishing with air foam at oil and gas  production, processing and storage facilities as well as  extinguishing  other inflammable substances.

The foam tender is perfectly suitable for urban areas, as air foam does not drain from the upper floors, effectively preventing the spread of fire.

This feature accounts for its economy and comparatively low consumption of air foam. One more advantage is that it causes less harm to the objects at the fire site: it prevents them from being soaked, flooded or damaged.
