Short description: 

A water tender AC 7.0 -40 on KAMAZ-43118 with martial calculation three people intended to extinguish fires and rescue.
Provides the transportation of the fire brigade , fire extinguishing means, fire-fighting equipment and rescue tools.

The advantages of this model: 
  • A modular fire superstructure  based on UNIMOD technology consists of functional blocks, or modules, connected into a single structure thanks to their standardized connection dimensions.
  • Such a structure is the result of application of UNIMOD technology that is used for designing and assembling of the firefighitng vehicles in the Factory of Firefighting Vehicles "Pozhavto".  
  • A water tank with a capacity of seven cubic meters is made of high-quality carbon steel and is featured with anti-corrosion coating.
  •  A foam tank with a capacity of 500 liters is made of stainless steel and guarantees its wear resistance and lasting expected life.
  • Flap doors of the firefighting equipment compartments protect the firefighting equipment and emergency rescue tools from damage and loss during the transportation.
  • Large firefighting equipment located in the upper part of the fire superstructure is secured in accordance with a single-module fixation system for the firefighting equipment.
  • As a result, the firefighting equipment is easy at transportation and exploitation.
  • The centrifugal fire pump NCPN-40/100 with a capacity of 40 lps is mounted in the rear compartment of the water tender.
  • Reliable and convenient ladders located in the rear part of the truck ensure easy access to the top of the fire superstructure with upper firefighting equipment.
  • The firefighting equipment compartments as well as the pump compartment are featured with a reinforced structure and manufactured on the basis of a metal frame.
  • Thanks to such a structure and due to multi-element fixation system for the firefighting equipment Multimount, the firefighting equipment and emergency rescue tools have compact arrangement and reliable fixation.
  • The modular superstructure blocks are mounted flexibly and reliably on the chassis thanks to a spring-damper fixation mechanism.
  • This solution minimizes the bodywork superstructure stress caused by the deforming chassis during the vehicle movement.

Description: 

A water tender AC 7.0 -40 on KAMAZ-43118 for three crew member is intended to extinguish fires and conduct emergency rescue operations. It provides the transportation of the fire brigade, fire extinguishing agents(water and foaming agent), fire-fighting equipment and rescue tools.
If a fire is expanded the AC 7.0-40 can  immediately apply water or foam from a fixed monitor, thus preventing the spread of fire, and then can be set up on a water source. The water tender is equipped with a centrifugal fire pump NCPN-40/100  mounted in the rear compartment of the fire superstructure.
