The AC-8,0-60 with bumper monitor is efficient for water curtain or protective screen creation in catastrophe, emergency or natural disaster areas. It also can be used for various processing unit cooling.
A capacious tank is able to deliver 8 cubic meters of water to the fire site. While the tank water is being used for fire extinguishing, the water curtain produced by the bumper monitor protects efficiently the vehicle cabin from fire, smoke and ashes.
Contemporary water tenders of this type are usually equipped with normal pressure fire pumps NCPN-70/100М with a capacity of up to 70 l/sec.
The fire superstructure is traditionally designed in accordance with a universal modular technology UNIMOD.
The structure of the fire bodywork is composed of standardized functional blocks - modules.
An additional modular crew cabin manufactured in accordance with the above technology seats 4 men.
He AC-8,0-60 water tender has a capacity to deliver a total of 7 crew members to the emergency site.
The firefighting equipment and emergency rescue tools are arranged and secured in accordance with a Multimount system that guarantees convenient, reliable and ergonomic arrangement of the firefighting equipment in the compartments.
The firefighting equipment mounts are manufactured on the basis of polyurethane elastomers.
They are flexible, light, reliable and are not prone to corrosion.
A fixation of the firefighting equipment (suction hose cases) located on the top of the fire superstructure is made in accordance with a single-module system that ensures safe transportation and convenient usage.
A spring-damper fixation mechanism of the fire superstructure blocks to the chassis ensures flexible and maneuverable structure of the vehicle significantly decreasing the bodywork superstructure stress caused by the deforming chassis during the vehicle movement.

Description:

A water tender 8.0-60 on chassis KAMAZ-43118 is designed for fire extinguishing and rescue works. Provides the transportation of the fire brigade of 7 men, fire extinguishing means, fire-fighting equipment and rescue tools. The water tender is equipped with a fixed bumper monitor LSD-C20U.
This equipment is designed to form a solid or sprayed water jet, with a variable angle of flow, as well low concentration air foam.
The maximum range of water delivery is not less than 50 m, the range of air foam jet is slightly less – 35 m.
The fixed monitor LSD-S20U is equipped with a remote control system and is controlled by means of the remote control unit.
This allows you to reduce labor costs, partially automate the process of fire extinguishing, improving comfort, safety and efficiency of fire brigades.
